TRACKLIST & TRACK INFO

Track 1: Death of McNerd
Beat composed by:  Lunatik
Written by :  Sbu Nzuza
Recorded,Mixed & Mastered by :  Thembelani Jaytip Gina
Description:  The instrumental of this track is a beat sampled from a Jazmine Sulivan song. The concept in which the lyrics are based on is of a fed up soul who just wants to make it already. If it don't come to him, he'll go snatch it and makes that clear. It was recorded end of 2012 at Sbu Nzuza's home (ESK).  2012

Track 2: Death of McNerd II
Beat composed by : Dunn Phantom
Written by :  Sbu Nzuza
Recorded, Mixed and Mastered by: Thembelani Jaytip Gina
Description: Its a conversation between 2 souls, Qricha McNerd & Sbu Nzuza. Basically Sbu Nzuza claiming the body back and reminding Qricha who's still in charge. The song was recorded at Hobonoid's home (ESK). 2011.

Track 3: Lyrical psyko
Beat composed by: JayTip
Written by: Sbu Nzuza
Recorded, mixed and mastered by: Thembelani JayTip Gina
Description: Another one of the tracks where Qricha gets to show off his lyrical skill hence the title of the song itself, shooting out multiple syllables through out both verses. The song was recorded at Sbu Nzuza's Home (ESK). 2011.

Track 4: Breaking Point (Dear HipHop)
Beat composed by: Dunn Phantom
Written by: Sbu Nzuza
Recorded, mixed and mastered by: Thembelani JayTip Gina
Description: One of the most emotional tracks in this project, its more like a love song to hiphop, but in this case, Qricha is pointing out some concerns regarding their  journey together, how far they've come and how they still have a long way to go as well. Qricha didn't exactly write this one. Memorized it, told JayTip he's ready, Jaytip came through. This was the first of the very few unwritten tracks by Qricha, its his newly developed habit, as long as it works, he's good. The song was recorded at Sbu Nzuza's Home (ESK). 2012.

Track 5: Dehydrated
Beat composed by: SoundzTabuu
Written by: Sbu Nzuza
Recorded, mixed and mastered by: Thembelani JayTip Gina
Description: Another one of the tracks where we show off lyrical skill but on a new school type of beat. This beat was actually meant to be used by Hobonoid but Qricha was able to talk him into exchanging the beat with one of his own that he wasn't using. The rest is history. 2012.

Track 6: Skit
Recorded, mixed and mastered by: Cobey Mlambo
Description: Honestly? not much had to be done here, Qricha told Cobey to just press record and he just started singing in autotune, believe it or not, this is actually an acapella song, thats Qricha harming in a distorted autotune voice, making it sound like a guitar and he sang on top of it to complete it. That's just about it. 2013.

Track 7: Envy Art
Beat composed by: SoundzTabuu
Written by: Sbu Nzuza
Recorded, mixed and mastered by: Thembelani JayTip Gina
Description: The beat of this song was engineered using a sample from a classic called "There for you" by Damian Marley. The song is all about the impact that artists have on upcoming ones. How they envy their idols. Recorded in Auckland Park, Joburg in 2013, JayTip's place at the time. On the Hook was one humble Rastafarian brother from the same hood named Radical. 2013.

Beat composed by: SELECTPLAY
Written by: Sbu Nzuza
Recorded, mixed and mastered by: Thembelani JayTip Gina

Track 10: I kissed Poetry
Beat composed by: Cobey Mlambo
Written by: Sbu Nzuza
Recorded, mixed and mastered by: Cobey Mlambo

He gave Qricha a week and called him to the studio (Glenwood, Durban). The rest is History. 2013.

Track 12: Twilight
Beat composed by: Sbu Nzuza
Written by: Sbu Nzuza

Track 13: I kissed Poetry II
Beat composed by: Dunn Phantom
Written by: Sbu Nzuza
